Defying Time Med Spa ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to defyingtimemedspa.com. It does not apply to our third-party booking and payment platform, which is covered by its own policy and described below.
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the treatment you select from the dropdown, and any message you choose to write. We also record that you checked the consent box.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is standard server activity used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site online. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to track you across other websites.
We do not intend to collect health or medical information through this website, and we ask that you not submit it. Please see the Health Information section below.
This website does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics platform, and it does not load advertising or social media tracking pixels such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar tags. It does not use session-replay or heat-mapping tools. Nothing on this site records which treatment pages you view or reports your browsing activity to an advertising platform.

Our online booking, store, gift cards, and payment plans are handled by Moxie, a third-party platform. Those pages are not part of this website. When you click a booking, store, or gift card link, you leave defyingtimemedspa.com and any information you enter there is collected directly by Moxie under its own privacy policy and terms. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
Links to our social media profiles and to Google Maps work the same way. Clicking them takes you to that company's own site, where its policies apply.
If you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, we may contact you by phone or text regarding your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly. We do not send marketing text messages to numbers submitted through this form unless you separately ask us to.
We keep contact form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain ordinary business records, after which they are deleted. Automatic server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period as part of normal operations. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, as described below.

Access to form submissions is limited to the people at our practice who need it in order to respond to you. Our hosting and booking providers maintain their own security programs. That said, no website or method of electronic transmission is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive medical information through this website.

How to make a request. Email us at Defyingtimemt@yahoo.com or call (406) 885-9470 and tell us what you would like us to do. How we verify it is you. Because the only information we hold from this website is what you submitted yourself, we will ask you to confirm details that match our records, such as the email address or phone number used in the original submission. We will not ask you for sensitive information in order to verify a request. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we cannot honor a request, we will tell you why, and you may ask us to reconsider.
Some browsers offer Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Because this website does not track visitors, does not sell personal information, and does not serve targeted advertising, these signals have nothing to act on here. We do not monitor your activity across other websites under any circumstances.
Our contact form is not a secure or HIPAA-compliant channel, and messages sent through it are not protected health information.
